Paxly ("we", "us", or "our") is a co-parenting platform that helps parents coordinate schedules, track shared expenses, and communicate through a neutral, verified channel. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services at getpaxly.com and paxly.app.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Co-parent contact information — your co-parent's name, phone number, and email address that you provide during Solo Mode setup.
• App content — calendar events and shared expenses you create, and messages exchanged via the platform.
• Payment information — billing is processed by Stripe. Paxly does not store your full card number or payment credentials.
• Device and usage data — browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and feature usage, used to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the Paxly platform.
• Route co-parent communications through Twilio proxy phone numbers and email addresses.
• Detect and extract calendar events and expenses from incoming messages (AI-assisted).
• Process subscription billing through Stripe.
• Send transactional notifications (account updates, billing receipts).

SMS Messaging

Paxly's Solo Mode feature provisions a Twilio proxy phone number. When a co-parent texts that number, their messages are delivered into the Paxly platform. For full SMS program details, opt-out instructions, and applicable rates, see our SMS Messaging Terms.

Data Sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Paxly:

• Twilio — SMS routing and proxy phone number provisioning.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• OpenAI — AI features including tone analysis, message rewriting, and receipt scanning.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
